Sun and shade
Where the sun reaches you on the route, and where the mountains hide it.
Mountains and valleys cast long shadows. For the time you ride, Sun and shade works out where the sun is up and on you, where the terrain hides it, and the twilight before sunrise and after sunset, in a chart under the map and on the route itself.
- Shade from the real terrain
- Sunrise, sunset and twilight on your ride
- In a chart, and on the route’s line
